ENERGY STAR® Heat Pump Water Heaters

 

Program Guidelines


This rebate applies for the purchase of a new ENERGY STAR® certified heat pump water heater. Rebates are available for existing and new homes. The rebate amount is $500 for qualified submissions.


To complete this online application, you will need to have the rebate payment address, installation address, installation date, brand, model, gallons of capacity, rated uniform energy factor, and your cost. You will need to complete some survey questions on the purchase and property where the unit is installed. You will be asked to upload a copy of your original dated and detailed invoice or receipt, and your proof of ENERGY STAR™ certification.


The water heater must be a heat pump style and must be ENERGY STAR™ certified. You can learn more by CLICKING HERE. 



Important Terms & Conditions


  • Rebates will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocated program funds are depleted. Reward status will be determined by the date Ozarks Electric receives the application.
  • The purchaser must be an Ozarks Electric member. Heat Pump Water Heaters purchased must be installed at a location associated with the Ozarks Electric account. 
  • Ozarks Electric reserves the right to conduct random inspections to verify installation, which may take place prior to the payment of the rebate.
  • Only ENERGY STAR products qualify for a rebate.

  • Application for rebate must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
  • Applicants must provide a copy of the sales receipt, which must include the retailer's name, address, purchase date and price, proof of payment, product manufacturer and model.
  • Limit 2 rebates per account.
  • The rebate check will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.
