• Your receipt showing the model number(s) required, date of purchase, and matching customer name/address.
• The serial number of your ice machine.
• The name of the dealer where purchased.

Terms and Conditions

Buy any U-line nugget ice machine, filter, and filter mounting head and get a $300 rebate.
Valid January 1, 20223- December 31, 2023
On the same invoice you must purchase the items below to receive your rebate.
One filter head model ULALINEFILTERHEAD.
One of the following filter models. (ULALINEFILTERL or ULALINEFILTER)
One of the following nugget ice machine models. (UANB115-SS01A, UANP115-SS01A, UHNB115-IS01B, UHNB115-SS01B, UHNB315-IS01A, UHNB315-SS01A, UHNP115-IS01B, UHNP115-SS01B, UHNP315-IS01A, UHNP315-IS02A, UHNP315-IS81A, UHNP315-SS01A, UHNP315-SS81A, UONB115-SS01B, or UONP115-SS01B)
Program effective for product shipped and invoiced on or after January 1, 2023.
Showroom display/floor model, model home, personal use and any other discounted product are not eligible.
Claims need to be submitted for payment within 90 days from the date of invoice to customer.
Last day to file a claim will be March 31th 2024.
