What you'll need to complete this rebate.

• Your receipt showing the model number, date of purchase, and matching customer name/address.

• The serial number of your refrigerator.

• The name of the dealer where purchased.


Terms and Conditions

  • Program effective for product shipped and invoiced between April 1st 2024 and December 31st 2024.
  • Claims need to be submitted for payment within 90 days from the date of invoice to customer. Last day to claim is March 31th 2025.
  • Claims received for product after 1 year of Milestone’s invoice to dealer will be rejected.
  • Milestone Distributors reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this program at any time.
  • Showroom display/floor model, model home, personal use and any other discounted product are not eligible.
  • This offer is applicable to individual sales to end users and original purchases made through participating retail dealers (excluding ABT) in all of the following states:  AZ, AK, CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, NE, NM, NV, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, WA, WI, MT, UT and WY
