• Your receipt showing the model number, date of purchase, and matching customer name/address.

• The serial number of your dishwasher.

• The name of the dealer where purchased.

Terms and Conditions

Program effective for product shipped and invoiced to dealer’s customer between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
Claims need to be submitted for payment within 30 days from the date of invoice to customer.
Claims received for product after 1 year of Milestone’s invoice to dealer will be rejected.
Milestone Distributors reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this program at any time.
Showroom display/floor model, model home, personal use and any other discounted product sold below UMRP are not eligible.
This offer is applicable to individual sales to end users and original purchases made through participating retail dealers in all of the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, IL, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, WA, WI, WY, UT.
